07. Complete ambulatory removal of a Sacro coccygeal cyst and immediate skin suture

07. Complete ambulatory removal of a Sacro-coccygeal cyst and immediate skin suture

In the event of recurrent infection, pilonidal or sacro-coccygeal cysts must be completely removed, and the skin must be sutured. No curettage, laser therapy, phenol treatment, endoscopic procedures or operations that cause an open wound should be carried out. Indeed, a sacro-coccygeal cyst can be completely removed, and the skin sutured during an ambulatory session, enabling the patient to go home immediately. No drainage is required. No recurrence of the cyst Healing is perfect.

22. Mixed peeling of the lower eyelids after elastic canthopexy and upper blepharoplasty

22. Mixed peeling of the lower eyelids after elastic canthopexy and upper blepharoplasty

This patient underwent elastic canthopexy to elongate and raise the external angle of her eyes, correct their round appearance, and reduce exposure of the sclera. Raising the eyes increases the amount of drooping skin of the upper eyelids. This defect is eliminated by means of upper blepharoplasty. We will now eliminate the wrinkles from her lower eyelids by means of timedsurgical mixed peeling, a physical-chemical technique (de-epithelialization and application of a saturated solution of resorcin). The Timed apparatus (Korpo srl, Italy) is programmed with the specific data for pulsed timedsurgical de-epithelialization. The specific pulsed current of the Timed apparatus detaches the epidermis from the dermis. After about 30-40 seconds, the resorcin is removed with physiological solution. The result is that the wrinkles and the palpebral festoons have been permanently eliminated and the skin has been made firmer.

23. Elimination of facial hyperpigmentation by means of Electroporo Cosmesis and 0.5 mixed peeling

23. Elimination of facial hyperpigmentation by means of Electroporo Cosmesis and 0.5 mixed peeling

Facial hyperpigmentations can be prevented or lightened by means of Electroporo Cosmesis and can be permanently eliminated by means of 0.5 mixed peeling.
This patient has both dermal-epidermal hyperpigmentations that are visible to the naked eye and hyperpigmentations that are only visible under the Wood lamp. We will therefore use both techniques together. These Timedsurgery techniques are mixed peeling and are so named because they involve two phases: one physical and one chemical. The techniques presented are efficacious and safe, and revolutionize the treatment of facial hyperpigmentations.

24. Permanent de pigmentation with timedsurgical mixed peeling of normal facial skin in vitiligo universalis

24. Permanent de-pigmentation with timedsurgical mixed peeling of normal facial skin in vitiligo universalis

In vitiligo universalis it is common to remain some areas of pigmented skin on the cheeks, which require de-pigmentation. For this purpose, we use Timedsurgical mixed peeling with de-epithelialization, one of the standardized techniques made possible by the Timed apparatus (Patent US). No other methods of permanent de-pigmentation can be compared with this extraordinary technique.

 25. Treatment of a superficial skin angioma of the face with Electroporo Cosmesis

25. Treatment of a superficial skin angioma of the face with Electroporo Cosmesis

This patient underwent elastic canthopexy to elongate and raise the external angle of her eyes, correct their round appearance, and reduce exposure of the sclera. Raising the eyes increases the amount of drooping skin of the upper eyelids. This defect is eliminated by means of exclusively cutaneous upper blepharoplasty. We will now eliminate the wrinkles from her lower eyelids by means of timedsurgical mixed peeling, a physical-chemical technique (de-epithelialization and application of a saturated solution of resorcin).

Elastic Plastic Surgery

Elastic Plastic Surgery revolutionizes Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery.
The numerous applications of Elastic Plastic Surgery range from large scar revision to Face-lifting, MACS lift, Neck lift, Gluteoplasty, Mastopexy, etc. Elastic Plastic Surgery, requires little or no dissection and is of lasting efficacy.

Phlebotherapy (TRAP)

Three-dimensional Regenerative Ambulatory Phlebotherapy is a new functional and aesthetic treatment for varicose disease that revolutionizes current phlebological therapies. TRAP is able to resolve any case of varicose veins and/or telangiectasias of the lower limbs.

Adipofilling

Adipofilling is a new inexpensive method of preparing and transferring adipose tissue. The suspension of adipocytes and stromal cells can be injected by an ordinary syringe needle in order to correct both deep and extremely superficial volume deficits. The results are free from artifacts and stable over time. Another very important application is in Regenerative Medicine.
The lobular fragments and cellular suspension produced by the Adipopimer have the characteristic of not freezing at 21°C, and can be stored in 1ml or 2.5ml syringes to be injected in the following months.

Timedsurgery

Timedsurgery enables over 70 standardized innovative techniques to be performed,eg: slow pulsed cutting, Electroporo Cosmesis, pulsed timedsurgical de-epithelialisation, mixed timedsurgical peeling, removal of lip wrinkles, elimination of skin hyperpigmentations, re-pigmentation of stable vitiligo, Adipolysis, Blephaplasty without skin incisions, etc...
